A set up fee is a one-time charge to turn your design into an embroidery stitch file. Once we have your design crafted, its for your exclusive use. We charge a $10 set up fee per design. 

For Card Payments, please add a 3% transaction fee to your item total.

Cashapp, Paypal, and Venmo do not have transaction fees.

Yes, we allow items to be dropped off as long as the item is new and unworn.
