A set up fee is a one-time charge to turn your design into an embroidery stitch file. Once we have your design crafted, its for your exclusive use. We charge a $10 set up fee per design. 

For Card Payments, please add a 3% transaction fee to your item total.

Cashapp, Paypal, and Venmo do not have transaction fees.

Yes, we allow items to be dropped off as long as the item is new and unworn. Droppoff site will be provided.

Here at Brolic Scholars Custom Embroidery and more, we pay close attention to detail and offer the highest quality of service to our customers. Unfortunately, we are not able to assume liability for personal items that are damaged during the design process. Should any damage occur, a member from our team will contact you and do everything we can to fix the problem. If you are still unsatisfied, we will immediately refund you for the cost of service paid.
